Zambia, Africa, January 2017: iChange Nations™ bestowed upon the Former First Lady of Zambia, Dr. Vera Tembo Chiluba the first “ICN Woman of the Year Award.”

Dr. Vera Tembo Chiluba received this prestigious award for her outstanding work in the nation of Zambia with women and orphans. She has lived a life of service for her people and is an example of strength to support and aid her nation, even to the present day.

In Lusaka, Zambia with the eyes of the nation watching, Dr. Vera Tembo Chiluba graciously received her honor. It is the desire of iChange Nations™ and Professor Clyde Rivers to continue to present great women, that are making a difference in their countries, to the world.

World Peace Ambassador, Dr. Clyde Rivers and iChange Nations™ Presented a Woman of the Year Award to the former First Lady of Zambia, Vera Chiluba, for her amazing work in Women's Rights and children, particularly with orphans in the country of Zambia.

While presenting the WOTY award, Dr. Rivers remarked, "She is making the world a better place by living the Golden Rule everyday of her life."

In addition to the Woman of the Year Award, which was presented during a Culture of Honor service in Lusaka, Zambia, the former First Lady of Zambia was also given an Honorary Doctorate from the United Graduate College and Seminary International.

"Dr. Chiluba genuinely loves her people," said Vice Chancellor Prof. Donella Pitzl, "And the people of Zambia sincerely love her."

President and Founder of IChange Nations, Dr. Clyde Rivers, acknowledged the IChange Nations and Golden Rule Award Ceremony in El Salvador as a monumental success. On February 15, 2015, Dr. Jenny Lopez, a Representative for IChange Nations in the country of El Salvador had the privilege of presenting the Former First Lady of El Salvador, Vanda Pignato, with the IChange Nations Global Leadership Award and the Golden Rule International Award. She was honored for her tireless effort in protecting women’s rights in the Republic of El Salvador.  

Dr. Jenny Lopez said, “I have never been in any event this prestigious in my life. The Former First Lady of El Salvador, Vanda Pignato, is worthy of these awards. Her life actions speak louder than her words.”

Dr. Lopez also took the Golden Rule to the Trinity Broadcasting Network in El Salvador. She shared with the nation the importance of everyone living the Golden Rule, “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
