CARVIN HAGGINS AWARDED THE GOLDEN RULE INTERNATIONAL AT HOODRISE NATION URBAN MOVEMENT EVENT

November 2015 Harrisburg PA, at the National Civil War Museum, we had the honor to celebrate great individuals that are changing the world by lifting others. One of these individuals was Carvin Haggins. Haggins is a Grammy Award winning songwriter and producer. In his life he has worked with renowned artists. He is passionate about music and has a strong sense of responsibility for his community. His experience has catapulted him into creative song writing and producing local talent and has formed his own production company, Karma Productions, with friend and co-founder, Ivan Barias. Carvin was also named Philly 360 Creative Ambassador of Philadelphia. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Community of Angels Foundation. He is often asked to address young people, sharing about his life’s journey. He is currently leading the charge to bring respect back to radio, starting his Ethical Music Entertainment label. Haggins works along side HoodRise Nations Urban Movement to assist in lifting others higher through his gifts and talents.

Dr. William Bush Former Consul General Columbia received the Golden Rule International Award November 2015 on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. He joined the every increasing World Peace Ambassadors that are spreading around the world. At this event we had the honor to celebrate great individuals from over 25 nations. Dr. William Bush works hard to create cooperation in education and sports as well as agriculture, industry, commerce and culture. He is quoted saying, “The spotlight of progress will be focused on improving life for the people.” The Golden Rule International global peace ethic is, “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” Dr. Bush was honored for a life that is living this peace ethic.

Professor Rivers says, “Dr. William Bush is an esteemed individual. As he represents the Golden Rule around the world we will see great things happen. As an athlete himself he has done this through sports programs that are teaching athletic skills and providing a safe positive environment for kids. He knows the value of this environment for good character growth of young people. Jones also actively works as a Cultural Advocate bridging the gap between minority families and the school system. He supervises in the classroom, consults and meets with students and parents as well as monitors their grades and achievements. He actively puts his life into the belief system that every life is valuable and is created for a contribution to our world.

Commonly known as Bishop Bady to his congregation in Houston, Texas. Bady is actively involved in his community as well as internationally He has been in the forefront for social change, collaborating his efforts with many community organizations to assist and encourage others. Life is valuable to Sheldon Bady and he has dedicated his life to helping others.

In this prestigious atmosphere and on this prominent platform we continued to establish Cultures of Honor that will go around the globe as each individual receiving the Golden Rule International Award takes the message and movement back to their nations. IChange Nations™ Ambassador Rivers’ organization, hosted this Golden Rule Event, promoting the Golden Rule Peace Policy and ICN’s, “I take responsibility for my nation” campaign.

In Harrisburg PA at the National Civil War Museum on November 14, 2015. IChange Nations™ and the Golden Rule International presented a Culture of Honor to the HoodRise Nation Urban Movement recognizing this movement and it’s leaders for their dedication to bringing honor and lifting the lives of those caught in the culture of the “hood” in their cities. This movement is honoring the courage and the efforts to change the negatives in life by placing value on these individuals through honor.  The Golden Rule International Award is all about “Treating others the way you want to be treated.” Many lives demonstrating this example were present and honored for their efforts. This is the HoodRise Nations Urban Movement…honoring life and valuing the gifts in each other and lifting one another up.

Ambassador Clyde Rivers traveled to the Caribbean Island of Grenada to present and represent the Golden Rule International Award in November of 2015. He met with many different entrepreneurs from the Caribbean States that gathered to strategize on economic issues facing the Caribbean countries. Their brainstorming sessions addressed the challenges these islands face. Ambassador Rivers brings a message of hope through his global movement of honor, creating a culture of honor everywhere he travels.

The Golden Rule International Award was given to people in the Caribbean States that live a life that exemplifies the Golden Rule; “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” When honor is established amongst people it lifts them up and changes the way we think and live. This is the reason behind creating cultures of honor around the world. Every life is valuable and created for a contribution. This is at the heart of what Ambassador Rivers lives and teaches.
