GOLDEN RULE AWARD INTERNATIONAL EVENT AT THE GERALD R. FORD PRESIDENTAL LIBRARY

In Grand Rapids Michigan at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library in August 2015, Golden Rule Award International and iChange Nations presented Golden Rule Awards to several outstanding recipients. The Golden Rule, “Treat others the way you want to be treated,” is an award presented to those whose lives have exemplified this motto. There were several nations represented and once again a global community of peace and honor  is established.

Ambassador Clyde Rivers believes every life is valuable and created for a purpose. He understands the value of honor and is dedicated to creating Cultures of Honor around the world in every tribe and nation. Ambassador Rivers says, “The Golden Rule International Award is one way to honor lives committed to creating peace and honoring life. I was pleased to be able to present these amazing people this award as a celebration of their lives.”

In Washington DC, September 5, 2014 at the United States Capitol Building, Dr. Jerry Pierce Jr. received the Golden Rule International Award. Dr. Clyde Rivers, the Director of the North American Division of the Golden Rule International, gave the award. Dr. Pierce is the President and CEO of the Interamerica Group.

“This global humanitarian award is given for a life that exemplifies the Golden Rule, ‘Treat others the way you want to be treated.’ Dr. Pierce, you have impacted and improved the quality of life with your excellent global leadership and strong business ethics. TOP SPIRITUAL LEADER IN INDIA RECEIVES GOLDEN RULE AWARD INTERNATIONAL

National President of the Church of India was honored in Grand Rapids, Michigan at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library.  Dr. Clyde Rivers, the Director of the North American Division of the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative and the Golden Rule Award International presented Dr. Jonathan Asnar with the prestigious Golden Rule International Award.

Dr. Clyde Rivers had this to say, “We are honored to have one of the leading ministers from the country of India as a World Peace Ambassador of the Golden Rule International. Dr. Ansar has served the people of all faiths in India with a heart of a champion. TRINIDAD ADVOCATE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS RECEIVES GOLDEN RULE INTERNATIONAL AWARD

Dr. Radha Rampersad was honored with the presentation of the Golden Rule International Award in Grand Rapids, Michigan at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library in August 2014.  Dr. Clyde Rivers, the Director of the North American Division of the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative and the Golden Rule International Award presented.


Dr. Rampersad works in her country, Trinidad and around the world as an advocate for women and human rights. Dr. Clyde Rivers commented, “Radha Rampersad is one of the finest humanitarians I have ever had the privilege of honoring. Her life is dedicated to helping the underprivileged, especially women, toward a better life. The motto of the Golden Rule International is “Treat others the way you want to be treated.’ Dr. Rampersad exemplifies this life of excellence.”

TEXAS JUDGE WINS GOLDEN RULE INTERNATIONAL AWARD

In August 2014 at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library, Grand Rapids, Michigan Dr. Clyde Rivers, the Director of the North American Division of the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative and the Golden Rule International Award presented Judge Sam Griffin with the highly esteemed Golden Rule International Award.

Judge Griffin is a 12th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge in Texas and serves his people in this capacity. He also has traveled to the Middle East and other parts of the world to help aid people in improving their quality of life.

Dr. Clyde Rivers is quoted saying “To have a judge leave the bench to help humanity is a quality that makes this man so great. His life exemplifies the Golden Rule, ‘Treat others the way you want to be treated.’ We need more champions like him in the world. We proudly welcome him to the Golden Rule International Goodwill Peace Ambassadorship family of world peace makers.”

AMBASSADOR CLYDE RIVERS TRAVELED ON PEACE MISSION TO GUATEMALA

The message of peace is spreading worldwide. iChange Nations President, Dr. Clyde Rivers and the Director of the North American Division of the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative was in Guatemala City to honor topmost achievers for their noble work to better the nation of Guatemala.

Mauricio Juarez, in an advisory position for iChange Nations Guatemala, put together an influential delegation of politicians and spiritual leaders to hear the message of peace and unity. Dr. Clyde Rivers said, “It is a day to be glad, when the political arena and the spiritual arena connect for the betterment of a nation. These two groups are creating great ideas to bring peace and unity to the nation of Guatemala.” Golden Rule International Awards, as well as, United Graduate College and Seminary International honorary degrees were presented to key people at this gathering.

At the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on August 26, 2014 – Dr. Clyde Rivers, Director of the North American Division of the Golden Rule International, presented Laurie Cardoza-Moore with the Golden Rule International Award.  This award was presented because of Mrs. Cardoza-Moore’s extraordinary work as a Special Envoy to the United Nations for Israel. She labors on behalf of this nation to spread the message and defend Israel and the Jewish people against the new Anti-Semitism.

Dr. Clyde Rivers stated, “Mrs. Cardoza-Moore is the embodiment of a true Ambassador of the Golden Rule International. We are honored to welcome her to the alumni of the distinguished list of global Golden Rule International Award recipients. We value her work to educate people around the globe regarding the atrocities being administered to mankind, namely Israel and the Jewish people, and what we can do to better the treatment of humanity and this nation.”

We at the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiatives (IPI) Golden Rule International Awards Presentation, at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum, are extremely honored to gather top humanitarians from all over the world. In 120 nations we are in the process of establishing April 5th as the Golden Rule Day International. This is a day in which there is no violence in the name of religion or culture in the world. We are pursuing this as a Resolution at the United Nations.

It gives me great honor to present Harrypersad Maharaj, the President of the Inter-Religious Organization of Trinidad and Tobago. This is the only country I have ever been to that has harmony among their religions and cultures. Harrypersad Maharaj has been a champion voice for peace within Trinidad and Tobago. His great leadership is now being recognized globally.

As well as the presentation of the Golden Rule International Award, the President and Founder of iChange Nations, Ambassador Clyde Rivers surprised Harrypersad Maharaj with the iChange Nations Global Leadership Award, for his work to unify the different cultures in Trinidad and Tobago and around the world. Ambassador Clyde Rivers said of Harrypersad Maharaj, “He will be known in the nations of the world as a man of peace. This will be his legacy to mankind.” Two of the past recipients of this award are, the President of the Taino Nation, Robert Mukaro and the President of the Cherokee Indian Nation, Bill Baker. These are two of many great men and women recipients. To see unity and diversity celebrated at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library is a great day for the world. President Ford was a man that believed in unity and diversity so it is not by chance that we are at this Presidential Museum presenting these honors to our great global leaders.

President Pierre Nkurunziza of the Republic of Burundi Africa and his work with Ambassador Mussie Hailu welcome religious freedom in Burundi. The President understands the importance of religious freedom as a human right and honors the people of Burundi by being an advocate for religious freedom.

Ambassador Clyde Rivers states, “It is a day to rejoice when a country has a president that honors their freedoms and is a living example of the Golden Rule, ‘Treat others the way you want to be treated.’ The example of President Nkurunziza and his work in Burundi is why there is such transformation.”

Congressman Jim Beall of the State of California Wins The Golden Rule International Award

Ambassador Clyde Rivers, the North American Division Leader for the Golden Rule International and the Representative to the United Nations, New York for Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative, awarded Congressman Jim Beall the prestigious Golden Rule International Award. The ceremony was conducted on June 8th, 2014 at the Star of David Ministry in San Jose, California.

The Golden Rule International Award is now established in 120 nations of the world. This organization seeks out top achievers that live the Golden Rule in their everyday life. A. L. Gill, a world traveler and author was awarded the Golden Rule International Award in April 2014 at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan. When we think of A. L. Gill we think of a humanitarian that is helping the world on several fronts. He has traveled the world extensively having been in over 85 countries over 50 times.  He has over 20 million books circulating around the world.

In April 2014 at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ambassador Fidelia Graand-Galon of the Republic of Suriname, South America received the Golden Rule International Goodwill Ambassadorship Award. The Golden Rule Award is given to those whose lives exemplify the motto: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
