Torrance was awarded the Golden Rule International Award in April 2014 at the Gerald
R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Bernie
Torrance is a pioneer in bringing training in business ethics globally. His
organization, La Red has done work in over 80 nations around the world. This
organization has established tools, when applied and activated, can bring
efficiency within organizations.

Republic of Suriname Ambassador Fidelia Graand-Galon Receives Golden Rule International Award

In April 2014 at the Gerald R.
Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ambassador Fidelia
Graand-Galon of the Republic of Suriname, South America received the Golden
Rule International Goodwill Ambassadorship Award. The Golden Rule Award is
given to those whose lives exemplify the motto: “Treat others the way you want
to be treated.”
Ambassador Clyde Rivers, the head
of the North American Division of the Golden Rule International, says, “Ambassador
Fidelia Graand-Galon’s life has been poured out to the people of the Caribbean
especially Suriname and the women of these countries and her Maroon people. It
is truly an honor to award this great woman the Golden Rule International
Award.”

Dr. Daphne Campbell to Proclaim the Golden Rule

On September 14, 2013 in North
Miami, Dr. Clyde Rivers presented the Golden Rule Award International to
Representative Daphne Campbell, the State of Florida Representative for the 108th
District. She received this prestigious award for her willingness to proclaim
the Golden Rule to the citizens of North Miami Day County. The Golden Rule
states “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
The Golden Rule International

out top achievers that live the Golden Rule in their everyday life. This is a
new global ethic that the leadership of the Golden Rule International Award, Patron,

Ambassador Rivers said, “It is a
monumental day when we have leaders that are willing to treat others the way

to dialogue and establish cultures of peace even when we don’t totally agree on
everything. The Golden Rule is a global ethic that, when enacted, can and will establish
a peaceful world – Peace and Blessings to all.”
